I like how she enjoys her job. I hope to find a PR caller like that this summer that is focused on being loyal and is also willing to work when it's time to work.
Focused on results rather than effort, and her comment about everything being positive shows that the right set up and atmosphere is set for her...her ability to build up a tolerance to be able to work for 8 hours calling PRS and still get results is pretty incredible, but she shows us that we need to start off with a shorter shift.
